Can I contact EA about Sims content?

I've really enjoyed playing Sims 4 for a few years now on my Xbox one. I've bought various add ons including Island living, Snowy escape, spa day, cottage living, seasons and simtimates. So I have sunk a fair bit of money into this game. I've even bought my partner island living as a gift.

Unfortunately though my Xbox one has broken and after deciding It's not worth buying a whole new Xbox one for one game I'm left with playing Sims on my ps5. Unfortunately this means I have to buy all my packs AGAIN and I've lost all my Sims and builds.

I was happy to see Island living was free as well as the base game because I am a ps plus member and I have just been able to get over losing everything. However I have now been made aware that Island living will delete itself off of my game once the offer is over so It's left the game completely not worth playing for me as I'm not keen on purchasing island living for a third time.

This is very unfortunate as I love the game and have always come back to it over and over. This may be a big ask but I'm hoping EA can help me out with at least a discount. I can live without snowy escape and cottage living but I just love my island living and my Sims experience just ain't the same without yoga and meditation.

I know this is such a first world problem but I've sunk a lot of money into this and I can't access any of it. I hope EA can help. Thanks.
