can I play the same game I created on my laptop on the ps4?

I know that I can't transfew expansion packs, but if I logged into my laptop game using my PSN/EA account, will the same game be on the playstation as the one on the laptop?

    @Kyskinn123  Saves are stored locally on a device, not on EA servers.  And saves have a different file format on Playstation than on PC/Mac, so they couldn't be transferred anyway.  The best you could do would be to save your households and lots to the Gallery, then download them on your laptop.
