Can not get unwanted Sims to leave - Sims 4 PC

I cant seem to post ANYWHERE on the Sims forum so here we are. If there is already a thread to help I'm sorry i couldn't find on to help. 

I just started a new game and a few minutes after i moved in a "welcome party" commenced without any warning. 2 neighbors showed up and before my Sim could even do anything they both walked in. Male made food and thn she asked him to leave and he did. Now the problem is the elder that walked in the back door.

She came in started dancing in the bathroom ate some food watched TV. I can not get her to leave I have asked her to leave and she didn't now that option is gone there is an option that says go away so i choose that. Ive tried this option a few times and nothing. This woman is still just in my house. I even locked all my doors but she still came walking in. 

How can I get her to leave. Is there a way to prevent others from just walking in without being invited first? I've never had this problem before. 

Edit: I moved my Sim to a different lot, checked the previous one and it ws at residential so i added the private dweling trait and moved her back in. went to go start playing and the Elder was in the exact same place when i had left. She will not leave still no option to ask her to leave.

    I’m not sure if this started to happen after the November 2019 update or not but when I play any household that lives in an apartment, the neighbors come into my apartment and don’t leave! I don’t get the ask to leave interaction. If I lock the door anyone but household members, the neighbors either stand in the hall peeing themselves and passing out, or they somehow get into my apartment again! I can’t super fast forward when my sims go to sleep either. This is super annoying can anyone help? (I know someone will ask, so yes I use custom content and mods)

    @AL40491 This seems to be a recurring annoyance. Yesterday there was a stranger in my house who wouldn't leave. I kept trying to find 'goodbye' or anything 'nice' to tell him, but it was not available(?) - He came in because there was a fire and then all my sims left for work or school and he just stayed, ate food, was on the computer and so on. When they all came home, I tried to find 'goodbye' to tell him to leave in a nice way but there was no option? He slept in the beds and was altogether rude, so in the end I had to tell him 'go away', 4 times, shove him, and then 'go away' again which finally worked - it took all evening and spoiled everything I had planned to do and it wasn't funny at all. Why couldn't I just tell him 'goodbye'?! It really should be fixed.

    Since I last posted I found a solution. Have you tried repairing your game?
