Can players not propose to care ren??
I want to ask her to marry me, but I can't. Was I programmed so I couldn't ask her to marry me? Or was my case just weird?

I had the same problem but after relentlessly wooing her and woo hooing her I finally got the ask to move in with, after this I was able to marry her. She actually asked me if she could move in earlier in the game but I turned here down as I didn't even have a house then.
