Can sims miscarry?
I have 3 active house holds. In one is a couple, they got pregnant. I went to another house and when I came back she was an elder but there was no baby. What happened?!

MasterMeggi No, miscarriage is not a thing in Sims.
Was she an adult before and was supposed to become an elder ?
Do you have any backups you could go to and try what happens if you play them ?
Sounds as if the pregnant Sim was on the threshold of aging up when she got pregnant. Elders can't be pregnant.
She was close to elder age. I guess menopause clears the pregnancy???
I'm going to run an experiment now.
MasterMeggi Usually if a Sims becomes pregnant, the no longer age until the baby is born.
That was my understanding too. It was very strange.
Since you weren't playing them at the time, they could have had the baby, then aged. Question is, where's the baby but that problem can probably only be solved with a backup.
