Hi,
I have the Sims 4 Base Game for my X Box One X (which also plays X Box One games) on a hard copy of the disc. I cannot seem to find a hard disc version of the expansion packs, stuff packs or game packs for the X Box One. Do you have to download these packs as I prefer to have a hard copy of the disc?

Depending on what country you live in you might be able to get the base game and expansions still on disc. However since about 2016, EA has been phasing game discs out in favor for download game codes.
You can not get game packs or stuff packs in physical disc format, they've been always offered as download game codes only.
What the stores sell these days are boxes with game codes you register or redeem with Origin or with your console account.
