Can you own two working vet clinics?

I had a goal to own a successful vet clinic in every world. The first one I created works great, but the second one I made does not work. For some reason, I can't 'bill owner' so that puts me in the negative every time I open the clinic. If anyone could help me or tell me if owning two working vet clinics is even possible that would be greatly appreciated!
