Can't find lots I downloaded

Steveiniraq66​ As far as I know all of the vacation worlds come with packs, not with the base game. So... if you only have the base games, your game would not have the icon that looks like a sunburst in the worlds selection area, which is where you would clici to open up and edit each of the vacation worlds' lots:

If you download a lot from the gallery it should show up in your game's Gallery > Library tab. If this is not working for you off the top of my head I would ask a few things:

• Is your game connected to the internet in it's settings?
• Are you playing on the Legacy Edition (this version of the game is different and does not connect to the gallery)
• Are you playing with any Mods or CC in your game? Mods and CC can sometimes interfere with various game functions, especially if they become bugged, outdated or otherwise broken.

The 3 worlds I have are Willow Creek, Oasis Springs and newcrest. I am connected to the Internet but do play offline sometimes. The version I have is the one I downloaded via the EA app. I don't have any models running either. Also is the gallery different from the library as I see that when I start the game under the new game option. 

The Library is unique to your game. You can save things to it and they don't have to be shared or visible to others (in the gallery). The items in your Library are actually part of your local/personal game files. The items in the Gallery are public. They can be saved to your game (by placing them on a lot or downloading them into your Library). 

Also, you can save/share a Household, Room, or Lot from the game save you have open to the Gallery or to your Library. Plus any Household, Room, or Lot that you have in your Library can be saved to the Gallery (shared publicly). 

So as a follow-up, where is my gallery in the game to view my items please I downloaded from ea. Is this in actual game or on the EA app on my PC.

Do the lots you tried to download from the gallery contain custom content? This would be indicated by the blue circle with a wrench in it:

Also, please try downloading from in the gallery tab in your game, after making sure it's currently online, with all of the settings on the filter at the left side like I show here... (view all, category all, uncheck 'include custom content', and under packs select 'show base game'.

 

Then find a lot from what comes up that you like select the download icon to download them to your library...

 ...then next choose 'Save Lot to my Library':

...then go to your 'Library' tab to check in your library to confirm if the lot is there:

It's also worth noting that if you download the lot in the 'in-game' Gallery (the one you see when your game is open), any item you save to your Library will show up immediately. However... if you are in the gallery in the browser (online, not while your game is open, by finding the EA Gallery on the web on your computer or phone  https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery, signing into your EA account there, then selecting 'add to my downloads'), the lot will only show up in your game next time you open the game. If you have your game currently open and select to download in the browser, you will need to close and re-open your game to see the lot in your Library.

No I made sure the Lorlts contained nothing except what base game had as I don't own any expansion packs yet. I will try what you suggested.
