Can't load into household after 1.108.289.1030 Patch. Error102:b50d5f7b:d87cde

After updating my game with the July 23 patch and emergency patch on July 25 I receive the following error code "102:b50d5f7b:d87cde0" I've repaired my game, removed the entire "The Sims 4" folder, uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and I am still receiving this error code. I have even tried on a new game and am met with the same error code. I have also attached a screenshot of what I see whenever I try to load a household. I am not playing with any mods or cc. Please help.
