can't open a save without purchasing get to work

I have not had this issue until today. I can't open any of my three saved games without either risking losing some stuff or buying the get to work pack. I was unsure if I had already purchased it, so I looked in the build mode items and I know for a fact I have seen these items before in build mode, so I'm sure I had the pack. I do not have any mods, but have used cc for builds, and do have game packs. How can I fix this?
