Can't play my save

I've used this one save for the reapers rewards thing going on. And for the last week or so I haven't been able to open it. I get as far as selecting the household to play in when I get an error code: 110:83165b0:99987177 and the suggestion that I restart my game. I have restarted, updated, my laptop has been switched off and on again. One website mentioned someting about checking the files on my laptop? But I don't know enough to know what to look for (or even which files to look at).

I could restart the reapers rewards in a different save, I assume, by looking up the first 4 weeks' tasks online? Maybe? But that seems like such a hassle and I just want to play with the sim I already had. Would it help to delete her baby? Should I move the pair of them to a different house? Should I try playing as a different household and then come back to them?
