I bought the sims4 game when it first came out and I haven't played it in awhile, downloaded it to origin and now it's not on my account and I'm wanting to play it and it's not letting me redownload and use my code saying my " code has already been used" well yes it's already been used by me years ago?? Why isn't it letting me play and or reinstall with my code!??!?!?!?
No need to enter the code again it is tied to your account. Login to Origin with the account you have the Sims 4 on rightclick it in the game library and select Install.
see i bought the disc from someone and i dont know the account its on and i cant redeem it because it has already been redeemed what do i do?
@Michael09Jackson Second-hand discs can't be registered, sorry. The code will be tied to the original owner's account, and there's nothing you can do to remove it or transfer it to your account instead.
If you can, try to get a refund. And wait for the next Origin sale of Sims 4 content, when you may be able to buy the base game for as low as $5.
