Can't Reset Skills
I downloaded a sim to use but he has skills maxes out at level 10, and I want them reset at 1. Tried the cheat stats.set_skill_level Major_SkillName 0.
I dont use any mods. Can anyone offer any adv...

I don't think you can set it to 0 anyways though. 1 is lowest.
