Can't save because of a non-existent burglary
My game thinks there's a burglary in progress, but there isn't, i even called the cops just in case, but he's just been standing outside for hours because there's no burglar. Now i can't save or go to manage world or travel or anything. I tried Alt+F4, but it didn't it just said i couldn't save.
How can i force the fake event to end?
p.s. i picked a random tag because this has nothing to do with any tag.
i fixed it by setting a fire, which too precedence to the burglar. then after i extinguished the fire, things were back to normal, and the cops said he let the burglar slip through his fingers. not your fault buddy.
anyway, i would still like to know if there was a way to force end a situation.
