The game seems to have auto-detected it and selected "Modded" on its own if that's what you're referring to; otherwise, I'm not sure what you mean. I've saved rooms and lots with photos and paintings in the past and it's never been a problem until yesterday.
yes, do they appear if you click the include cc checkbox in your library/gallery
This is actually not a bug. I don't know why only some do it but it's been like this forever.
