Can't Set Role Criteria

While editing the schedule/roles of a Custom Venue (built from scratch), I am not able to set criteria for roles. I choose a category (age, occupation, etc.) but the check list that should follow for each category does not show up. The area just stays blank/white. It did help to close/restart the game, but it only worked for 1 edit/1 role.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • If you don't have any mods/cc, please try repairing your game.

    • I do have mods in my game, but I tested without mods and the issue is still happening
    • I play on PC & my game is up to date
    • I did repair my game, issue still happens.

     

    UPDATE: Found a work around.

    Turns out the issue was only happening on the Old Penelope in Strangerville (50x40) lot. I was able to:

    1.  Save the build to my gallery
    2. Place the build onto a different lot in a different world
    3. Edit the roles & schedule there
    4. Save the build (updated with roles & schedule) to my library
    5. Place the updated build onto the desired lot (Old Penelope)

    glad you found a solution.

    I gave this a test on an unchanged version of the lot (only evicted Sim and changed lot type) and I can set the roles fine

    Can you test if it works for you on a new save that never had mods/cc ?
