Can't use lots downloaded to tray folder (NOT a gallery issue)

Hi all, for some reason, I can't access any of the lots I download into my tray folder. The thumbnails show up as white lamas in my library, and when I try to click on them it says "could not locate ...

@jpkarlsen The author of each lot? This happens with every lot I try to download, not just a specific one or from a specific creator.

    It should be enough with one explaining how to properly install it.

      I’m pretty sure I am installing them correctly since I’m doing exactly what the instructions say from multiple sources. I can imagine it would be irritating from the point of view of the creator to have everyone who had issues downloading the houses ask them how to do it, but if I can’t figure it out otherwise I’ll reach out to one. Thanks!
