cas changes don't save

I edited Sam Hunt and added him to my family, however all the cas changes are not saved and it shows only how they were before, I tried removing them from the household which showed the correct outfits for a second but when I visited the family I added them to they reverted back. I don't know what is going on but I have no mods and should have the latest update.
