Hello there! I know it’s been a while since you posted this but I’m having this exact issue in my game right now. I select modify in CAS, a random sim appears and then the household disappears from my game, only leaving those glitchy blue boxes behind.
I don’t know what to do and any help would be really appreciated 😔
Hellohelenofthesims If you use mods/cc, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
