CAS items missing/ Windows and doors Missing after recent update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except Life and Death, all Game Packs except Journey to Batuu, and all stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if everyone can find it, I opened my saved game that I've been playing with for months and it pops up. I'll get a notification that "One or more create a sim items are removed. The items may not be installed on your computer or the EA account that is currently logged in does not own these items". I am not noticing any of my CAS items missing, however when I traveled to a residential lot I own I see the doors and windows missing. The pop up occurs anytime I travel to a new lot.

I am not noticing any of my CAS items missing, however when I traveled to a residential lot I own I see the doors and windows missing. The pop up occurs anytime I travel to a new lot. Not sure if its related, but I am also having trouble with certain interactions. Example: the residents of the rental unit started to revolt and I clicked on them to "promise better living conditions" and nothing happened.
What do you expect to see? No pop up saying I am missing items and all windows and doors should be there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
