CAS stays dark after a pop up and cannot select anything

Hello,

I'm not exactly sure what or why this is, but after I access the Gallery or the Library and try to put a sim into my CAS interface, the screen goes dark (say after a pop up,) and it still stays dark while I'm unable to click on anything.

Here's a few examples of this happening:
I downloaded a sim that includes CC and put it into CAS, and a pop up came up saying that an aspiration was deleted due to it being from a pack that I don't have. I clicked "Okay" on the pop up and it closed, and I was left with the dark screen unable to click anything.

Another is when I try to replace the current household with a sim from the Gallery, I clicked the "Replace" button and nothing happened. I clicked it again and the same messages appeared. I then tried to select anything else but the functions didn't work. Not the like button, the "save to library" button, or the "close button.

If anyone knows why this is, please let me know
