CAS unlock handyman lvl 2 outfit?

Anyone know how to unlock this outfit?
The cheat code bb. ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement doesn't work.
Been searching the gallery for a sim with this outfit, but with no luck.

Since EA broke the apartments so badly for some/all? of us, I cannot play a handyman sim myself.

Help!

    Found the answer in a sim group. Instead of deleting this post, here's how I did it, in case anyone else want to know..
    Just open the cheat window (Ctrl+Shift+C), enter cas.unlockbytag ep15 and hit Return.

    @rosemow Tested on a second sim, and it seems you need to be in CAS when you enter the cheat code. At least I think so.
