[CD] Lighthouse is not functional as a woohoo (Patch 1.110.265)

What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All apart from life and death, lovestruck, for rent, high school years my wedding stories, journey to batuu and a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Lighthouse is not functional as a woohoo spot
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim gets the thought bubble of unable to walk there
What do you expect to see? to woohoo at the lighthouse
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. oct 2014 update before life and death
