Change sexual orientation
Hello! Can you make it possible to change gender and sexual orientation in sims 4? I changed sexual orientation in real life and I want to be able do it in the game to.

@kittligunderfot you should be able to change their sexualities in the customisation panel in CAS. I do this regularly (I'm on Xbox Series X). Just open the panel on the left hand side of the screen and alter it. I'm attaching a guide for you.

Edit: I hadn't tried this before but after seeing your question I just tested changing gender for my Sim. It is actually possible for me. In CAS I just went to Identity by selecting the Plumbob in the top left hand corner of the screen and was able to change a Sim from Male to Female. He changed to a randomized female version. I was able to change him back again too.
