@StoianDenisa Do you play with, now or recently, Mods or CC? If so, please save a copy of your game to your desktop (as a backup to revert to or for reference), then test without the Mods folder in the game to see if the issue occurs then. Directions as follows:
Saving a game backup:

Go to:
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
Copy the following folders:
Saves, Tray, Mods, Screenshots, Recorded Video
Paste the folders:
Paste the folders locally on your computer, on an external drive, &/or a flash drive. I recommend choosing two or all three of these locations.)
Alternatively, you could just save the whole 'The Sims 4' folder.

Testing without the Mods folder and relevant cache file:

Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. See if the issue is gone. If the issue is gone, one or more of your Mods/CC may be causing the issue. First check for updated versions of your Mods/CC. If the issue returns with all updated versions, you can then test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue.
