Child Sims bathe in underwear?

what did they do in the last update? I do have the hide mosaic mod and nude mod, but just noticed today that child sims now bathe with underwear on or if all outfits (in seasons) are same wear their regular clothes. even if disabled or remove the hid mosaic and/or nude mods. even with the mosaic can tell have underwear etc. on. I am not a child molestor and/or pervert but guess just looks stupid, with or without the musaic on.
