Make a gourmet recipe at level seven not being achieved

My sims is at level seven in the Grim's rewards this week and I'm stuck on it, and it's not achieved do I gather all the ingredients for ambrosia again in order for me to earn a reward? Please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
