clientfullbuild5.package

Hello,

I finally transferred my Sims 4 to the EA app, but I’ve had countless issues that I’ve now resolved. But now I have a brand new issue that I can’t find in any forum or help center. 

What are clientfullbuild.packages?

I’m having an issue with specifically clientfullbuild5.package. I don’t want to delete this file since forums have said it can be a household and some people say to just generate a new game but I have households I don’t want to lose ☹️

Please help! If resetting my game is the only way then so be it :/

    @eebiloj_jollibee  This file is part of the game's program files.  If you delete it and repair, the EA App will download a fresh copy.  If you delete it and do NOT repair, the game might not start at all, or you might find that it's broken in some way.

    What issue are you having with this file?  If you're seeing an error, and deleting and repairing doesn't help, please post a screenshot.  Please do test with no mods or custom content—a mod or cc item might be using or modifying the resources of clientfullbuild5.package and be triggering this error.
