[CLOSED] [FFQE] Done all tasks, didn't get pajamas

I just completed the Forever Friends event but I'm unable to claim the last reward, the pajamas. It says I'm still 10 points short. I didn't do any of the extra optional tasks, but normally you just get the last 3 useless ones when you complete them. Got all the way through it to not be able to claim the last proper reward. Bit miffed.

As with every event, there's optional tasks and you won't get all the items if you don't do those BUT you should get all the event items. So if you don't get some of the potions or other one time things that you can already get in the game, then that's not a bug.

If you're 10 points short to get the last event reward, which is the pajamas then that's an issue and EA will need to look into it.

    I've also completed all the event tasks, the event is now completed, but I am still 20EP points away from getting the pyjamas. The event closes in 17 hours, how has this not been fixed yet, or am I missing something? :(

    I do own all the expansion packs but I don't think I did any or all the option tasks as my family didn't have the money to do them. I repaired the game and checked for updates and restarted the game, but there were no changes.

    This morning (November 4th) I went to finish the forever friends event before it ended this afternoon, and when I completed the final task (going to school) I didn't have enough points for the onesie item. I had only done the main story quests, assuming that, like previous events, the main quests would give me enough points for all the main rewards and that the optional bonus tasks would just be potions/satisfaction points/etc, but I was 20 points short of the onesie. 

    I messaged EA support and got conflicting answers. The first time they told me it was a bug and directed me to post here, which is why I'm doing that now, but the second time they said the optional tasks weren't optional at all and were required to get all the main items, which makes me even more confused because why would they be listed as optional if they're not? And what are players who only have the base game meant to do about it?

    See the attached screenshots for proof that A) I finished the event quests and B) Didn't have enough points.

    I had the same issue, I completed them this morning a few hours before the end of the event (cutting it close I know) and was 20 points short of the onesie. the rest of the event went fine, no other issues for me. I only did the main storyline tasks, none of the bonus ones.

    Hi all,

    As the Forever Friends event has now ended, this thread has been closed.

    For those of you with missing XP from the event, we've manually pushed that XP out to you to allow you to claim the final rewards prior to the event ending.
