Co-workers who have the same job are not at the lot

@MiruRK300 you can't take members of the same household to a Get to Work job unfortunately. You can only follow one Sim at a time on a work day.

As for which colleagues are there each day, that's always been random for me over the years. I've created quite a few Police, Doctors and Scientists and there's usually only 1 or 2 of them on the premises from my previous households when my current Sim is there. I've got one police officer who I made quite senior and she's hardly ever there. I always want them to befriend each other at work but because of this they don't always meet. But if they are introduced in another setting they still have the option to Discuss Work. I hoped to replace all of the GTW staff with my own Sims but workplaces are still staffed mostly by NPCs.

I'm on console so I don't know if there are mods for this on PC.
