Column Issue on Roof

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except castle creations & a few cas
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in build mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not place columns when putting them when a roof is also there.
What do you expect to see? a message saying "cannot place when roof is there"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The game is flash a alert saying i can place columns when a roof is there, this problem has never occured otherwise
