Become Romantic Partners or BFFs. Those override No Touching. Engaged and Married also work, of course.
You could also get rid of the quirk with a Quirk-B-Gone potion from the Reward Store, and hope for something different to replace it. It's best to have a plan for what your new quirk will be if you go that route, so that you can get your new quirk quickly.
