Constant deathes in Ravenwood

OK, I live in Ravenwood and in the past Sim week I had at least one death in my neighborhood every day. The last day I had two, one almost messed my infant to toddler birthday and the other one messed my teen Sim's prom. Why are Sims dying so much in Ravenwood? How can I prevent this? I can't play like this. I am considering moving my Sims out of Ravenwood just to be away of this annoyance.
