    Loaded the house next to your business to check on the active NAPs in that hood and Roughhousing IS active

    Just revoke ti and the issue should go away.

No, I went through every single one to check and see. Not a single one has the rough housing NAP.

        @tkc0082 It's ALWAYS the neighborhood the lot is in that has the issue.

        So you only need to check that one.

        Load a house in the same neighborhood the problem lot is and check on the mail box.

        Do let me know if it solves the issue as I haven't actually tried :D
