Content Missing from Creative Library

I recently loaded up my Sims4 game on Xbox. When I pulled up the library to search for a lot to place I noticed there was barely any content in there. Last time I loaded up the library I saw soooo many households and lots made by other players. However, most of it is now all gone. Did a bunch of content get removed or is it just an issue on my end?

I was playing sims 4 on my ps5 last night and I was just placing townies when out of the blue the game crashed and it showed a message saying an error happened. When I load back in my ENTIRE library was gone. I've never been so heartbroken the only way to get it back was to get ps plus and save it to the cloud. I did get it today but the damage was done that most recent file is completely gone. I just wanted to rant because I was literally prepping a whole new world I was looking forward too and it's just nonexistent. If you do have any tips or solutions it'd be very appreciated.

  • Yesterday, I login into the game to play and I received and save file corruption error. I was terrified that my save file was corrupted but it was my library. My whole library deleted and factory reset. All my Sims I have created, the content I have downloaded from the gallery, and all my builds are gone! I did manage to upload some of my sims but there are a few just lost. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I started uploading to the Gallery Cloud system but I was unable to access the Gallery Cloud with this error which made me worried how deep this corruption. I don't own the new pack and quite frankly, I will not be spending money on this game for a while. This beyond frustrating it is unplayable.
