corruption on tomarang word page

I have a problem with my tomarang screen not being currently clear.  There is a corruption mini little box above the Tinsu temple.  It's white with a llama w/ wings.  How do I fix that w/o losing all...

    I also repair thru the ea app most days..does not do anything to fix either issue

check the original post as The picture is there.  I am having problems now with no being able to age any children.  so the problem is expanding

    Probably a corrupted save. Don't have any other ideas.

    Maybe someone else can help you further.
