DEBUG animals and items without cheats/mods

Debug items are unlocked without using any cheats, including animals, a bunny in my case. 

Game updated today so I have no Mods/CC at all.

never cc or mods

    what other items do you have ? Did you buy this rabbit in build mode or does it just show a debug string when you see it in the relationship panel ?

    Have you tried a game repair yet ?
