Deliveries & Services are NO COST

I've had a maid and butler for a while, but they aren't charging me. When I go to hire a new service of any kind, it says "no cost." Same with all deliveries: "no cost."

    @samerz816 Is your Sim famous? Pretty sure there's a fame perk that does that. There's also a reward trait you can get even if you're not famous.
