Disappeared family from the sims 4

Question

I updated my game few days ago. When I wanted to choose family I played a month ago, it disappeared. I checked world where that family lived and house also looks different.

I found website where someone explains how to manage this problem, but the solution is for Windows, I have MacOs.

@crinrict something i’ve never seeni tried to find files mentioned in solution for windows but actually i couldn’t find locate where they are saved
