Does anyone know how to get the hidden Forest Ghost trait

Does anyone know anything about this trait? It's listed on the Wiki but there's no article and supposedly a ghost wanders around the Granite Falls forest? Does it have any interactions? Is this trait...

@Dr_BorpoHave you seen the Ghost by the Nationalpark ib Granit falls? Or only in the hidden Place?
With the little "Guy" in the Picture i try to find the Forest Ghost, he "see" all Sims on a Lot 😉
If i have a Forestghost I can check all his Traits.
