Double Items; Double Neighborhoods

I haven't played regularly in a long time, so I don't know if this is a new issue. In an old save, I have two duplicate neighborhoods (Copperdale and Batuu). I tried repairing the base game, High School Years, and Journey to Batuu, but it didn't help. I started a new save and I don't have the neighborhood issue, but I just found duplicate items in CAS... doubt this is all of them, but I have three screenshots attached. I'm going to try repairing Horse Ranch, but the other two are base game so I don't know what to do because I already tried repairing the base game.

No CC or Mods installed right now and I'm running on an older computer, so it's still Windows 10. I can't upgrade to Windows 11 without a new computer (I know there are some ways to still do it even when Microsoft says your computer isn't able to upgrade, but I've heard it's a pain).

Sorry, that was a lot of info. Any suggestions?
