Dumpster ingredients not available

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dinving in for ingredients at the dumpsters at the Harbour neighborhood and then looking at the inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I receveive the notification that I have found an ingredient at a dumpster, I can't find it inside the personal inventory.
What do you expect to see? The ingredients I have found at the dumpster being inside the personal inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I receive the notification that I have found an ingredient at the dumpster, but when I look for it at the personal inventory or the house inventory or even the fridge, I can't find it at all, with or without filters activated.
