No, it doesn't seem like The Sims 4 is available on GeForce Now: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce-now/games/.
The Sims 4 on Geforce Now? A lot of users want to play it on Geforce Now cloud gaming
We appreciate the insights, @ocrkknwrlrn6 but since I don't know if that's a valid email address, I'd advise users to use the official GeForce NOW Support page for any contact options.
Hi there
Yes, the email in the image on the website is valid. They suggest using this email to suggest games, so you should contact them using it. As far as I understand, legally, you're the one who can determine which platform the game I'm referring to is allowed to be on GeForce Now. Legally, GeForce Now cannot add a game to their platform without permission from the developer or the person who can decide which platform it's allowed to be on. You have the authority to make that decision since you choose the platform where the game is available, and you also own the game. Therefore, you would be the only person who could give permission to add it to GeForce Now legally, if my understanding is correct.
This is how GeForce Now works: You choose your subscription for GeForce Now, then you go to the app and check if the game you want to play is available on GeForce Now. If it's available on Steam or any other platform supported by GeForce Now, you need to have a Steam account. You link it to GeForce Now, and if the game is free on Steam, you can play it for free on GeForce Now. If the game costs money on Steam, you buy it on Steam, have it in your Steam library, and then go back to GeForce Now. If your Steam account is correctly connected to GeForce Now, you can click on the game, then click on Steam at the top, and then click play to start playing the game.
So, I think you should use the email provided in the picture to tell them that you allow them to have Sims 4 on GeForce Now. You can discuss all the other details about the game with them through the email I provided. By doing this, you would likely reduce the use of random websites that claim to have Sims 4 for iOS, preventing people from downloading potentially unsafe versions of the game. If you care about your community or want to fulfill their requests, please consider taking this action.

One of your staff or moderators on the website answered my first message, but then did not respond to my two other messages or my third message, which said I still need help. Can you please look at these messages and respond to them? It would really help me and the community of this game, Sims4.
I noticed you didn’t answer some of my questions. You never said “no” or “yes” to any of them, nor did you explain why you couldn’t address them. The only thing you mentioned was the email and the image related to my first question, which makes it seem like you only read part of that and avoided everything else.
It feels like you didn’t want to talk about it because you knew saying “no” would upset people, but not saying “yes” means you wouldn’t be held accountable. That’s frustrating because, one, your game is free. Two, you have a platform to put your game on, and if you’re getting money, you have to go through Steam to pay for it, which means I’m not paying for the game on the app. I’m paying through Steam, and that still counts as supporting your game, even if it’s free.
I don’t understand why, as a big company, you don’t want to do things that multiple people want. You’re not losing money because your game is free. In fact, you could make millions of players happy. I bet the people who made the art, sound effects, and everything else in the game would be thrilled if more people could enjoy their work. But instead, it seems like you’re avoiding the questions and only picking bits of what you want to answer.
It’s disappointing because it feels like you don’t care about your fans and are focused solely on making money. The game is free, so you’re not losing or making money, and even if you think about the DLC, people still have to go through Steam to buy it.
It just feels like you don’t care about the fans of this game.
I'll be closing this thread before it goes off-topic too much.
