    @iAmFrankGuy The eco lifestyle bikes have to be built in the fabricator. The only way you will find them in build/buy mode is if you are looking in the debug menu.

@iAmFrankGuy  take out every single mod and piece of cc, disable that option completely in the menu and open a completely fresh new save game, then check build/buy again and see if they're there. If they are, then you have some faulty mods/cc.

Also check Origin, click on The Sims 4 in your game library and switch to the Extra Content tab which shows all the extra freebies like the free Holiday Celebration items. There should be an entry for Cottage Living Gnome on the Go content there if it's enabled on your account. If it isn't, then you should probably contact EA and ask why you don't have it.
