Editing existing sims in cas

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs, all game packs and all stuff packs installed I also have all kits installed except the modern menswear kit and the bust the dust kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I used the cheats testing cheats on and cas.fulleditmode and then selected the sim I wanted to edit which was a toddler that just aged up from an infant. I went in and changed the outfits and then clicked the tick to save and go back into the game. The loading screen appears and then stays there. I waited for a while and nothing changed it just kept running on the loading screen. I went to the shops and returned a little more than an hour later hoping that it would have returned to the game but unfortunately it was still running on the loading screen and I had to shut down the game and lose about an hour that I spent editing my sims wardrobe.
What happens when the bug occurs? The load screen just sits there rotating through the tips. And it won’t load back into the house I was playing with
What do you expect to see? I expect that I select the tick and it takes me to the loading screen and then loads back into my household I was playing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This worked on the 26tj of February and then the latest update you just released on the 27th of February I think and now it’s not working.

I was playing the game on the night of the 26th of February and my infant aged up. I didn’t like the clothing that defaulted so I used the cheats testingcheats on and cas.fulleditmode and went into edit my toddlers wardrobe, I got through 5 outfit changes for the everyday outfits and then saved the game as I was tired. I resumed today the 28th of February and noticed an update so I removed my mods and updated my game then replaced my mods and then loaded up my game and put those 2 cheats in again and went in and edited 5 outfits for each of the other outfit categories which took some time and then saved the outfits which took me to the loading screen and I waiting maybe 45 mins and it was still on the loading screen. I went and did my groceries and came back over an hour later and still the loading screen so I shut down the game and removed my mods and did the above only editing a few outfits and saving and again the loading screen just sits there for a very long time just scrolling through your game tips (see attached photos). My game is completely unplayable and the bugs that are in the game are driving me to not want to play the sims anymore. I use to play the sims all the time but it’s no longer enjoyable and that makes me very angry due to the fact I have spent more than a thousand dollars on this game and all the packs and almost all the kits you have released to date.
