Endless loading on specific household

After the new family tree update my sims haven't been able to load. Yes I do have mods on but I made sure to update all of them I even went back and one by one replaced all of the old ones. But I still can't get through the second loading screen to play my family, like I'll click on my household to play a specific sim it take me to  the loading screen forever even after playing the little sound cue that plays after successfully loading granting playing access. I don't want to uninstall my mods but what can I do to stop this?

    Hey ogjj8w4oph5s​ , to eliminate completely the lead of a faulty mod we would need you to remove absolutely all your mods just to see if the game works without them. We can't really give you any other troubleshooting steps unless you've tried the game without any mods, because we can't rule out the possibility that one of them is causing the issue (even if they are supposed to be updated to the new game version).

    I have the same issue.  I removed all of my mods, deleted the cache file and ran a repair on the game.  Before I ran the repair, I would get an exception file, now I don't get anything.  The game is clearly broken. but Mods don't seem to be issue as I no longer have any in my game.

    So removing the mods doesn't seem  like a solution this time.  ogjj8w4oph5s should try removing them, but based on my experience it might not fix the problem this time.

    endless loading can have many causes and mods are known to be one of them, especially if it's one specific household.

    Is it a specific Sim or all households for you ? Does a new save work ?
