Endless Loading Screen

After placing a 64x64 house from the gallery I tired to move my sim in had an endless loading screen. I went back to the house saved it in my gallery and replaced it. Still and endless loading screen. I tried to go into the lot and bulldoze it. Once I did I went back to manage worlds and once again endless loading screen. So now I can’t even use the lot. Please help how do I fix this so I can actually use the lot again. I have no mods or CC installed.
