Energy bar permanently increasing

During usual gameplay today my sim's energy bar appears to have bugged. She is consistently gaining energy at the rate she would during sleep whilst going about her day and therefore, after a few minutes, her energy bar is permanently maxed and will not go down regardless of activity.  

I'm playing a household of 8 sims, and she is the only one experiencing this issue.

Removed all mods and cc - still experiencing issue.

    I am having this issue. I took a household of eight Sims on vacation. None of them have the never weary trait. Only one of them ever went to bed. The others stayed up constantly and their energy bars never decreased. One of them I caught decreasing a little bit, but when I went back to check, it had gone back up to 100%. With no naps or sleeping.

    • Just a specific Sim or all ? 
    • What traits does your Sim have ?
    • Does it happen anywhere or on specific lots ?
    • Did you remove mods/cc or never have any ?
