Error Code 107:77dd1b106a72

Hey , so i've had many bugs , crashes and ctds caused by the "for rent" pack because of all the units i had in my save. this is a 2 years old ,if not less, save , but i've heard that having too many rental lots could cause those type of issues. I've decided to evict all the tenants , and change lot type to "residential" then i saved my game , quit , repaired my game and everything! when i first opened it again i could enter the game , and my household and all , but then when i tried to load one of my household again i got the " 107:77dd1b106a72 " error code.. i dont know what it means and i can't even load into my household anymore.. i tried the thing of taking out the the sims 4 folder to my desktop and generate a new one , but it still dont work......can i get any help please
