error code since the update of 02/25/2025

Hello everyone,

Here it is, I updated the game yesterday and since then I can no longer continue my game....

I took care to remove my mods before doing the update. After which, I started the game and wanted to continue my game but the message: "loading error error code 123:6346675a:d7a98a7c" was displayed.

Thinking that it was because of the mods and that they had to be updated, I checked and updated them. Same problem.

I removed the mods folder, so there are no more mods in the game, but still the same message.
Also, I tried to repair the game (still without having mods in my Sims 4 folder), but it didn't do anything more....

There, I had to make a new game so that the game doesn't bug anymore.....

Could someone help me to access my old game saves, please? Thanks in advance!
